In addition, we offer a prescription delivery service, instant referrals, and 24/7 secure access to your medical records, among other benefits. Appointment times to suit you

You can easily book an appointment with Doctor Care Anywhere by logging into our platform on your device. Our service is available 24/7, 365 days a year, allowing you to find a time that works for you and book your appointment instantly. We understand the value of your time, which is why we make it easy for you to see a doctor or Advanced Nurse Practitioner at a time convenient for you.

Our Clinical team

Doctor Care Anywhere offers you the ability to choose your preferred clinician from our team of UK-registered doctors and Advanced Nurse Practitioners. You can search for a clinician based on their area of expertise, their name if you have seen them before, or their gender if you prefer to speak to a male or female clinician. All our clinicians are UK-registered with either the General Medical Council (GMC) or Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). They are also specially trained in virtual consultation skills to ensure that you receive the highest quality of care during your consultation.

Same day medication

We offer the convenience of having your prescription medicine delivered to your door or sent to your nearest local UK pharmacy for you to pick up at a time that suits you.

Instant referrals

Following a thorough consultation, if appropriate, the clinician will provide you with an instant referral, which will be securely stored on your patient record. You will then receive an email notifying you about the referral. You can download it to share with your specialist or insurer as needed.

24/7 secure access to your patient record

You can access your patient record at any time, update it as necessary, and use it to download notes and referrals for future consultations. If you give us your consent, we can also share your notes with your NHS GP.
